About

OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE IN WEST VIRGINIA.
UNIQUE GLASS ART MADE FROM WINE, LIQUOR AND VINTAGE GLASS.
Our work mainly  involves the  primary objective to re purpose glass into another state of usefulness.  We currently  recycle glass from multiple businesses in three states and re-cycling centers.    Every part of  each bottle  is used in some component of our creations.

We have been involved in re-cycling efforts for many years and were concerned that many Counties in our area did not offer a viable option for recycling glass.  We  became proactive with aggressively acquiring  the empty wine, liquor and vintage glass bottles.

Our efforts begin with cleaning the bottles, removing  the labels (this can prove to be a major challenge due to the adhesive) and then sorting glass into bins for our designated projects.

The "slumping" process is utlized to create our serving dishes, platters, windchimes  and wall art options.  It is crucial that the glass is perfectly clean and dry.  The  "kilning " of our creations may take up to 42 hours to create the final product.

Our windchimes include a variety of techniques  and designs that are created from unique one- of -a -kind items. We create each product by hand with  up-cycled items which includes vintage silverware, glass bottles, glass rings (cut from bottles) and bottle "bottoms" that are actually the bottoms of our hurricane lamps.

Our business is a hobby that consumes every hour that we are not working our full time jobs. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are doing our part to help reduce land fill waste  by re-purposing  glass into reusable art "one bottle at a time."

We live in  a small community in West Virginia and operate our business from our homes. We utilize a kiln, multiple saws, sanders, a sand blaster  and drills to create our artwork.  Each item is produced individually by hand  with the end result  being a unique, on-of a-kind item. Every item has properties that can not be duplicated exactly.  The glass kilning process creates light variances and a range of textures that capture the eye and evoke awe with each piece of glass that is re-purposed.
